We are pleased to be accredited as a Living Wage Employer. The living wage movement started in London in 2001 after one issue recurred across many groups in the UK: low pay. Living Wage Scotland launched in 2014 with hopes of increasing the number of Scottish companies which provide a living wage. Pay and employment issues have been further highlighted during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has emphasised that low paying jobs have direct effects on people’s health and mental wellbeing.
OSC has always credited its success to the people who drive the company. Each member of our team brings a unique aspect and experience to our work which has helped OSC gain the reputation it has today. We would like to use this accreditation to thank our team for everything they do. We hope more companies follow the over 2,000 employers who have reached this standard in Scotland and support the people who make their businesses flourish.
