OSC staff are preparing to host a workshop entitled ‘Marine mammals, sound and the effects of man-made noise’, which will take place in November this year. Through interactive experiments and games, we will teach children about how marine mammals use sound, and demonstrate how the introduction of manmade noise into the marine environment can have an impact.
