Raised in Greece, I have always been tied to the sea. Be it fishing after school, scuba diving or just admiring the gulls, you would always find me near the water. It is no wonder then that I chose a career in marine biology. I completed my BSc in Biology and MSc in Marine and Fisheries Ecology in the University of Aberdeen. During my time in university, I found I have a knack for data analysis and decided to focus my studies on seabirds.
As an ecological statistician and report writer in OSC I specialise in analysing ecological data to inform sustainable marine practises. A career in OSC is the perfect opportunity to apply and continually sharpen my skills due to the diverse range of interesting projects.
My favourite animal is the sea urchin, probably due to how jealous I am of their ability to look punk and fend off seagulls at the same time!
