Maria Zachariades

I recently completed an MSc in Landscape and Wellbeing at The University of Edinburgh, where I focused my work on the impact of blue spaces on wellbeing. I was searching for a role that could potentially leverage my eclectic trajectory and skills [including architecture, industry, curation, charity and raising 4 children…] and ‘out of the blue’ … OSC!

**Into the blue…**

Upon joining OSC I was offered the opportunity to participate in the MMO course which was both very insightful and completely refreshing. I am now a certified MMO! Into the blue…I am currently embarking on a deep dive into business systems, perceiving with fresh eyes. I enjoy the diversity of my expanding role while working with an inspiring and friendly team.

Outside OSC I continue to engage with charitable especially blue/green public spaces and creative endeavours and ‘indulging’ and sharing my curiosity and passion for Rain. I love spending time with my family and friends, inside and outside, with music and food for good measure!

OSC play an essential role in protecting our blue planet and I feel very grateful to contribute, even in a small way.
