Petra Todd

Petra Todd is the Directors’ daughter, and she joins OSC as Research Assistant/MMO/PAMO. As part of the team, she works closely with Dr. Victoria Todd, and contributes to the company’s scientific and offshore activities. She is known for her bright, analytical nature – ‘a brilliant whirlwind of laughter and logic,’ as described in the dedication of the second edition of the MMO & PAM Handbook.

Alongside her role at OSC, Petra has pursued a demanding academic path. She previously attended St Lawrence College in Athens, where she achieved ten outstanding GCSE results and continued into A‑level studies with ambitions to study veterinary medicine at the University of Edinburgh. Over the years, she has also been active in school communities in the UK and Greece, including Belhaven Hill and Loretto schools, where her wellbeing and resilience were priorities during earlier schooling experiences.

Her international upbringing between Greece and the UK, combined with exposure to marine science through her family, has shaped her into a thoughtful, capable, and globally minded young woman with a promising future.
