OSC’s Victoria Todd is supervising a BSc Marine Biology student’s dissertation currently. The dissertation, which is still in its early stages, involves analysing ROV footage collected around offshore infrastructure. The data will provide insight into the life around these structures, and elucidate potential prey items for porpoises and other top predators. The dissertation will complement OSC’s core research on rigs-to-reefs nicely, and will likely contribute to a series of in-preparation peer-reviewed publications.
